Memory scrambling - a way to overcome bad memories



Richard Bandler is one of the Co-Founders of NeuroLinguistic Programming, which has brought us some interesting concepts and terminology. This is an evolved version of one of their more successful interventional techniques that seems to work by scrambling a bad memory. It is best repeated 3 times.
